Ck444ap Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

01 General Terms & Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website and related services operated by ck444ap (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we"). By registering, logging in, or using any service on ck444ap, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. ck444ap reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

02 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

The following requirements must be met to register and use ck444ap's services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are of sound mind and are using the platform of your own free will.
• All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online betting is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been banned from ck444ap.
• Each individual may only open one account.

During registration, you must provide your real name, accurate date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number. Registering with false information may result in your account being closed at any time and your deposited funds being forfeited.

03 Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your ck444ap account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Your account login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties.

04 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Ck444ap accepts payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• ck444ap reserves the right to verify any suspicious transactions.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted. Any deposited funds found to be used for fraudulent purposes will be forfeited.

05 Betting Rules & Odds Policy

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on ck444ap. Violating these Terms & Conditions may result in bet cancellation.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• Live betting odds update continuously once a match is underway.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ck444ap reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• The maximum stake per bet depends on the specific event.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Ck444ap regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms:

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.
• A minimum odds requirement applies to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• ck444ap reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck444ap. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and full balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Participating in fraudulent activities or match-fixing.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Transactions involving money laundering or illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or causing harm to other members.

08 Limitation of Liability

Ck444ap strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in certain situations:

• Claims for compensation due to service disruptions caused by technical issues will not be accepted.
• ck444ap is not responsible for issues arising from third-party payment systems.
• ck444ap will not be held liable for bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• ck444ap is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.).

09 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Information may be shared with authorities when required by law.
• You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

10 Changes to Terms

Ck444ap reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Ck444ap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure or rejection of KYC verification.
• Account left inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

Should any dispute arise between ck444ap and a member, we will first seek to resolve it through direct discussion. Please reach out to our support team — we are always committed to reaching a fair resolution.

In the event of a dispute, ck444ap's records, logs, and data will be treated as primary evidence. The laws of the jurisdiction under which the platform operates shall govern the resolution of all disputes.
